# Appearance
# Points
The maximum number of points that can be displayed can be changed by dragging the slider.
# Field of view
The size of the field of view can be changed by dragging the slider.
# Dome lighting
Dome lighting can improve the depth vision of a pointcloud and therefore improve data interpretation. Areas become darker where the depth changes markedly. This makes it easier to see the boundaries and details of the objects.
# Deactivated
# Activated
# Radius
Radius increases the thickness of the point contour.
# Strength
Strength increases the Strength of shadows, which results in a darker image.
# Background
The background of the pointcloud view can be changed to the following:
- Skybox
- Gradient
- Black
- White
- None
# High Splat Quality
Points can be displayed with low or high quality. At high quality, the display becomes more accurate, but it causes the solution to react more slowly.
# Minimum Grid Size
In order for a point cloud to appear quickly, it is divided into a three-dimensional grid. When navigating in the point cloud, only the points that are within the visible grid are displayed. It can be specified how large a grid division must be before its points are displayed.
# Show Grid
Displays the grid layout in the pointcloud view.
# Lock View
When lock view is turned on, subsequent changes in grid size are ignored.
